
Spinning: This is definitely a challenge but the burn hurts so good! I never thought I would take up spinning again after an aversive experience the first time I tried it, but I am so hooked now.
Pilates: Definitely slower paced in comparison to spinning but it’s one of my favorite workouts because of how strong it makes me feel!
Yoga: Relaxation and stretching central plus it’s extremely calming. Yoga also helps me practice meditation.
Zumba: Ballet was my go to workout basically my entire life so coming back to something dance related is so nice.
Full Body Workout: Targeting abs, arms, and legs which is fun to mix it up with specific muscle groups.
