
I have been wanting to write this post for a bit because I have upped my vitamin regime as of late. Here is everything I take on the daily and the benefits behind it.

+ Vitamin C: Starting off with this one cause it’s pretty much a given at this point. I take it for assistance with growth, development and repair of all body tissues. It is also great because it’s involved in many body functions, including formation of collagen, absorption of iron, the proper functioning of the immune system, wound healing, and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth.
+ Vitamin D3: AKA the sunshine vitamin is good for multiple purposes, perhaps the most vital are regulating the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and facilitating normal immune system function. Getting a sufficient amount of vitamin D is important for normal growth and development of bones and teeth, as well as improved resistance against certain diseases.
+ NAC: This one plays several important roles in human health. Renowned for its ability to replenish levels of the antioxidant glutathione, it also regulates the important brain neurotransmitter glutamate. Additionally, NAC helps the body’s detoxification system.
+ Sunflower Lecithin: Important for decreasing cholesterol levels, improving digestive health, better brain function, and softer skin.
+ Zinc: Used in our bodies for several things such as gene expression enzymatic reactions, immune function, protein synthesis, DNA synthesis, wound healing, and growth and development.
