With all of the craziness going on in the world right now, it is more important than ever to take care of yourself. I’ve rounded up some of my favorites and categorized them time-wise so that there is something for everyone.
For the person that only has a couple minutes to themselves a day:
+ Light your favorite candle.
+ Make yourself a warm drink.
+ 5 minutes of meditation.
+ Put on a relaxing song.
+ Step outside and take a fresh breath of air.
If you have 15 minutes to spare:
+ Watch one of your favorite Youtubers.
+ Take a hot shower.
+ Self-tan and moisturize.
+ Call a loved one.
+ Do a face mask.
One hour or more on your hands:
+ Create a vision board.
+ Paint your nails.
+ Listen to a podcast (my favorites here.)
+ Practice some yoga.
+ Organize one area of your home.
