My favorite podcasts and what I’ve learned from them.
My first blog post of the year, and it’s one that will definitely add value to your life. I have been addicted to podcasts for more than two years now (aka always in the car therapist life.) Podcast listening while driving, or doing chores around the house is the epitome of a multi-tasking goal crusher. So if you’re ready to hop on this train, here’s where you should start.
For me listening to this podcast was definitely an acquired taste. After finding the right episodes to chose I have been a diehard fan. The greatest piece of advice I have learned from this podcast is their token phrase “launch and adjust.” This has been ingrained in my mind and is such an amazing outlook. Skinny Confidential is a self-made brand based on starting with what you have and tweaking it along as you go and I love that.
Gals on the Go
If there’s a perfect guilty pleasure that also hits close to home this pod is it. I have been a huge fan and OG subscriber of Danielle for many years now and she truly has wisdom beyond her years. When she teamed up with her best friend (who recently quit her full-time office job to dedicate all her efforts to her true passion for content creation,) I was overjoyed. The biggest lesson learned from Gals on the Go is that even though life can throw you curveballs every once in a while, what matters is how you react to it: because really that’s all we can control.
When I first delved into the world of blogging a friend recommended to me Jenna Kutcher’s podcast. All I can say is that she is such an inspirational boss lady. What I appreciate the most is how she lives her life outside of the box, and I have learned so much about batching content through her podcast as well.
