A little self-care makes a big difference

One thing a day you can do for yourself to tap into your best self.

Monday: stretch in the morning and wake up to natural sunlight (this wakes up your internal clock).

Tuesday: Journal for ten minutes, if you are stuck write down 10 things you are thankful for today.

Wednesday: Digital detox, say bye to your cell phone one hour before bed.

Thursday: Be active and complete a workout you love.

Friday: Reward yourself for all the hard work you succeeded in doing throughout the week.

Saturday: Time to rest and recharge however that looks for you.

Sunday: Watch the sunset and go to bed early!

Always remember, you haven’t come this far to only come this far. <3
